Ocean Service Express Check-In

We want your servicing experience to be as straightforward and effortless as possible. 

That is why we have recently introduced our Express Service kiosks into our BMW & MINI Showrooms, which allows our customers to check-in and out for a Service from anywhere, at any time.

What is Express Check-In?

Our intelligent self-service technology makes using Ocean for your service needs extra easy. Our customer experience is at the forefront of everything we do, so we want your check-in and out journey to be as straightforward and quick as possible. You can check your vehicle in at home before you arrive, or by using our self-service kiosks in our BMW and MINI Showrooms.

How does it work?

Once you book your car in for a service with us, you will receive a text message including a link, allowing you to check your vehicle in before you arrive for your appointment.

If you would rather check-in when you get here, our kiosks are easily located in our BMW and MINI Showrooms. From the homepage on the kiosk, you can either check-in, check out, or make a new appointment. 

When checking in, you can either enter your vehicle registration or your phone number. Your details will appear on the screen which are editable if you need to make any changes. You can also select how you would like to be contacted if there are any issues during your appointment, and one of our Service Advisors will communicate with you via SMS or telephone.

Details of your appointment will then be shown on screen, so you can see the work that will be carried out on your vehicle on that day. If there are any additional issues that you need to let us know of, you can add comments at this stage. 

At the end of the check-in process, a map of the dealership will appear on the screen for you to select the location of your vehicle. This lets our Service Advisors know where your car is so they can quickly find it and start the work as soon as possible.

You then confirm your appointment with your signature and a locker will open on the kiosk where you can securely leave your key. 

You will receive a text message to let you know that we have received your key and we will contact you when your vehicle is ready to be collected.
