Ocean BMW is seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Service Technician to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the world-leading luxury vehicles in a supportive, professional environment backed by BMW’s industry-leading training and technology.
Your role
As a Vehicle Service Technician, you will use innovative BMW diagnostic systems to work across electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems on a diverse range of BMW models. Your day-to-day responsibilities:
• Inspecting vehicle components for wear and damage.
• Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and complex repairs
• Replacing or repairing parts to BMW standards
• Verifying vehicle systems, functions, and subsystems
• Completing retrofitting and enhancement work
• Supporting, mentoring, and guiding other technicians and apprentices
Your profile
You’ll bring proven experience as a Service Technician, ideally gained within a franchise dealership or similar prestige automotive environment. You will have:
• Strong technical training and hands-on experience with premium vehicles with a light vehicle maintenance and repair level 3 or equivalent.
• A full UK driving licence

• Competitive basic salary with an uncapped bonus scheme. Qualified Technician basic salary of £30,000 to £35,000 dependent on expertise and accreditation with an achievable OTE of £40K, Senior Diagnostic Technicians basic salary of £35,000 – £40,000 with an achievable OTE of £45K.
