What you’ll get in our all-inclusive package
Insurance cover
We’ll arrange your insurance. You can add up to three drivers and can change these at any time.
Servicing and MOT
We’ll cover your regular services and routine repairs, to keep your vehicle running perfectly.
Breakdown cover
We’ll give you breakdown cover so you can travel with peace of mind. If you get a car or a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV), you’ll get RAC cover.
Electric car support
Home charge-point and standard installation is included in your lease when you choose an electric vehicle on the Motability Scheme.

Benefits of Motability
When choosing a MINI through the Motability Scheme, you can select a model that perfectly matches your needs, all at a price that suits your budget. The process is simple and hassle-free, with payments automatically deducted from your allowance every four weeks and paid directly to the Department for Work and Pensions or Veterans UK.

✓ Many adaptations at no extra cost.
✓ Ability to nominate up to two drivers.
✓ A new MINI every three years which includes a 60,000 mileage allowance.

checking if you are eligible
There are a few different allowances which cover your Motability car through the scheme. If you receive any of the following, you can use your payments to cover the monthly rentals of a MINI over the next three years:
- The Higher Rate Mobility Component of Disability Living Allowance.
- The Enhanced Rate of the Mobility Component of Personal Independence Payment (PIP) – please note: to be eligible for the PIP Motability car scheme, you need to be on the enhanced rate not standard rate.
- The War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement (WPMS).
- The Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP).
Your Motability eligibility will depend on whether you have at least 12 months left before your benefit ends. You’ll find this information on your benefit decision letter if you’re unsure.
