Rowcroft Hospice aims to make every day the best it can be for patients with life limiting illnesses across South Devon. It remains an independent charity and the only adult hospice serving the population across 300 square miles. Each year, we care for more than 2,000 people who are living with progressive, life-limiting illnesses and you could help us provide the special care and support that looks after the physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs of patients and their families.
