Our talented Service Teams ensure our customers’ cars and motorcycles are safe and ready to drive, long after their purchase. Each day is different in this department, which makes it an incredibly exciting part of the dealership in which to work. Both front-of-house and behind the scenes, our Service Teams are hard at work ensuring that all servicing and repairs have been completed to the very highest standards.
Aftersales is a huge part of the running of our business, therefore the Service Departments are the largest departments, which means that there are a wide variety of roles available; Vehicle Technicians and Service Advisors through to Valeters and Bookings Advisors; each and every role has a very important part to play in delivering the ultimate customer experience.
It is important to have strong technical skills and great communication skills in this department, it is a fast paced environment, so it’s great fun!
