Parts Departments
Our Parts Departments are a vital part of our wider Aftersales Teams. They make sure that there is excellent availability of parts so that we can deliver ‘first-time’ fixes for as many customers as possible
Our Parts Teams are responsible for providing excellent service not only to ‘front-of-house’ Retail Customers, but also to our Trade Customers and Workshop Technicians. A day in the life of Parts can be incredibly varied, from booking in the daily parts deliveries from the Manufacturer through to stock checking and delivering parts.
Maintaining regular contact with the Service Departments, our Parts Teams are always up-to-date with any changes in parts availability that could affect the service that we provide to our customers, enabling us to keep our customers up-to-date with their vehicle service, repair or trade parts order.
Providing an efficient service to our Trade Customers is also a major part of our Parts Departments daily activities. Taking orders via email and telephone which need to be processed quickly and delivered via our Parts vans so that they can get on with running their businesses with minimum disruption.
Amongst all of this, it is also the responsibility of our Parts Teams to maintain our showroom product displays, ensuring that the latest lifestyle and accessories products are priced correctly and clearly visible.
