The successful applicant will provide exceptional customer service, both face-to-face and over the telephone. To provide a fast, efficient service to all personnel and customers and to carry out a wide range of duties to enable the Service Department to run effectively.
The main purpose of this role is to:
- Administer customer work and ensure expectations are consistently met on a daily
- Maintain and report to your line manager an accurate view of your individual work in
- Provide an exceptional level of customer care to ensure complete satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills are a necessity to the role to ensure your customers and
colleagues are fully updated at all times
This is a fast-paced role and prioritisation skills and excellent time-management are essential to the position.
A full driving licence is essential.
