The successful candidate will focus on making used cars feel as exciting as new when customers walk into the showroom. You’ll also look to generate interest from customers via promotions and marketing days. Whatever the interaction, you’ll make sure that each customer feels they’re unique, by understanding exactly where and how a BMW fits into their life.
The main purpose of this role will be:
To achieve vehicle sales and profit targets and vehicle related service objectives by providing premier customer service and consultation.
To sell cars and achieve profit targets.
To handle all customer enquiries and vehicle related service objectives by providing a premium customer service.
To have strong product knowledge and speak confidently and effectively to existing and potential customers about our cars.
To prospect new customers and to maintain positive relationships with existing customers with strong communication skills.
