Cornwall Hospice Care is a 24/7 Cornish healthcare charity that provides end of life support for people with a terminal illness. Their clinical teams and volunteers support patients and their families, carers and friends at Mount Edgcumbe Hospice in St Austell and St Julia’s in Hayle and through our range of Community Services. They also provide care for people living with Lymphoedema and training in end of life subjects for external organisations.

This year, Ocean Falmouth plan to raise money for Cornwall Hospice Care so they can go on to grow and support the community more, and grow on their already brilliant facilities.
