You’ll give individual, accurate and informative advice to customers on all aspects of the procedure when their car is in our workshop. Each time, you’ll look to ensure that the service you provide is everything the customer would expect and more. We want you to be proud of our product – and the service you provide.
You will have proven experience in a service environment, you will thrive on being busy and will be methodical in your approach. Your customer service experience will be exemplary.
Beyond this, you’ll be keen to develop what you know through updates, hands-on model experience and training.
