At BMW Motorrad, before we carry out any servicing, repairs or MOT testing, we’ll provide you with a quote. More often than not, we’ll also provide you with a video outlining any work that’s required – and unless you give your consent, we won’t proceed.
Expert technicians
All servicing, repairs and MOT testing is carried out by fully trained BMW-approved technicians, under BMW-ratified service conditions.
Genuine BMW parts
When the time comes to repair or maintain your BMW motorcycle, we use the quality parts your bike deserves. You can relax and enjoy your ride because every BMW Motorcycle Part is tested against our stringent standards and comes with a 2-year warranty.
Free motorcycle health check
Whenever your BMW bike is being serviced, our technicians will provide it with a complimentary health check. The examination will include critical safety-focused areas, including brakes, suspension and tyres.
End-of-warranty check Recalls
Before your BMW bike’s two-year warranty expires, we’ll invite you to bring it in for a free check to be conducted by our expert BMW Motorrad technicians. If we detect any warrantable faults, we’ll remedy them free of charge. If you wish, for added convenience, the end-of-warranty check can occur at the same time as your bike’s annual service.
Genuine BMW parts
Whenever your motorcycle is in for a service, we’ll check to see if it’s part of a factory recall, and we’ll do so for free.
Alternative Transportation
If your bike is out of action due to servicing or repairs, we can provide you with an alternative. Please get in touch with your local BMW Motorrad team for details.
Bike Wash
A free bike wash is provided with every service. We also offer a wide range of BMW Motorrad CARE products, designed to help you keep your BMW motorcycle looking its best and performing at full capacity.
While You Wait
We provide free wi-fi and refreshments at our Motorrad premises.
