The strong character of the BMW R 18 B is established through its appearance, with the prominent front-end and its idealisation to be customised for optimum uniqueness. As part of the R 18 family, the R 18 B brings full power and BMW Motorrad heritage history to the table, as well as the 1802 cc Big Boxer that you can see, hear and feel.
BIG BOXER ENGINE
The performance of the R 18 B is at its best, as there has never been this much displacement. In typical boxer fashion, experience powerful indulgence and high torque, as the R 18 B delivers over 150 Nm at any time between 2,000 to 4,000 rpm. The power train generates 67 kW (91 hp) at 4,750.
COMFORT AND SAFETY
Three riding modes, Rock, Roll & Rain, come as standard on the R 18 B, providing optimum comfort and more safety, which includes Automatic Stability Control (ASC) and dynamic engine brake control (MSR). For your convenience, Reverser and Hill Start Control are fitted, as well as cutting-edge LED lighting technology and LED adaptive headlight that illuminates the road ahead so you can see clearly even when turning corners.

BMW R 18 B DESIGN
The presence of the BMW R 18 B is outstanding, with striking features that ensure it won’t be missed as it passes by. The silhouette is unmistakable, with its typical bagger outline and tall, pronounced front trim panel. From this, the body of the motorcycle is streamlined from the front end to the stretched rear, with integrated tail lights and equipped with spacious cases. Four different colour options ensure that you can have a bike that best suits your character:
Black Storm Metallic – The original gives a classy personality, whilst accentuating the chrome details
R 18 B First Edition – This edition offers the same classy look with the Black Storm Metallic paintwork as the base, but with the added pinstriping detail, with high-grade stitching on the seat and ‘First Edition’ written across both cases.
Option 719 Galaxy Dust Metallic/ Titan silver 2 Metallic – If you want to stand out from the crowd, this option is for you. From certain angles, the shimmering paintwork glows in violet or blue, guaranteed to turn heads.
Manhattan Metallic Matt – A blend of khaki and gold make up this design option, which gives the R 18 B a confident appearance.
